Recently you were sent a detailed explanation of some recent updates to OffenderWatch®. Below is a brief summary of these updates. Please review each of the following:
Mailings- New tool “View Mailings”. Mailings can now be performed on additional address statuses. All mailings will go out under sheriff’s banner where the offender resides.
Intelligence Tab- Grid format, including auto date and owner entries, and private/lock checkboxes.
Probation/ Warrants Tab- Additional optional data fields include: Court, Court Type, Judge, Sentencing and End of Sentence dates, as well as the Probation “Officer” dropdown.
Import (ADD Offender)- You will receive a message when adding, if you try to import an offender who has multiple records in linked agencies, and will be redirected to a grid with the offenders listed.
