Dear Valued OffenderWatch® Customer: Watch Systems has completed some exciting new enhancements to the OffenderWatch® program that will create a more user friendly experience. Some minor changes have been made that will help maximize the power of OffenderWatch®. Please see the following explanation for each feature. These changes should take affect over the weekend of 4/10/2010. If the OffenderWatch® application is open, be sure to close it, as you will receive the new updates upon logging back in. Address Verifications – Now you can assign a particular address to any offender verification cycle. After going into a particular offender’s “Edit Verification” record, you will see a dropdown selection box labeled “Verified Address.” This dropdown will contain all addresses labeled as “Current” regardless of “Type.” Simply choose the address from the dropdown that you would like to attach to that verification cycle. This is helpful to know exactly what address was verified in cases where an offender has multiple addresses, or moves a lot. New Fields Added – For a Driver’s License expiration date, a new field has been added to the “Main/General” tab called “DL Date.” Another field has been added to the “Vehicles” tab called “Plate Exp. Date” for the vehicle license plate expiration date. Also in the “Add User” screen a field has been added for the “Title” of the user.
