FREE OffenderWatch Global Upgrade- 5/10/11

Greetings OffenderWatch® Users,

Watch Systems is very pleased to announce another FREE round of enhancements to your OffenderWatch® software. In this FREE upgrade, you will notice some exciting new improvements to the OffenderWatch® software. These changes are scheduled to take effect on the evening of 5/10/2011. Once the new features have been released you will receive the upgrade upon logging in to OffenderWatch®. This is an automatic process that will not require anything extra on your part.

• Re-order Offender Details Search Tab– Due to the continuing growth of the OffenderWatch® software, we are always adding new data fields to accommodate customer needs. As a byproduct of these additional fields, the “Offender Details” search tab was becoming a bit cluttered, and some fields were hard to find. To remedy this issue, the “Offender Details” tab has been broken out into 2 sub-tabs so that the fields are less cluttered and easier to locate. The sub-tabs are labeled, “Offender Details (Main)” and “Offender Details (Additional).”

• OffenderWatch® Reports and Lists Upgrade – The internal OffenderWatch® reports (Offender Report, Verification Request, Thumbnail List) now have 2 versions, their original version and the optional “Advanced” version. The “Advanced” reports will be generated much like an agency’s custom reports (in a web browser), and will contain more information than the standard original reports and lists. The user will also be allowed to print and save the “advanced” reports locally.
